About the API

Support

A question about the API, an error you do not understand, or more quota: mail us.

Mail

api@partyppl.nl. Include what helps:

  • the X-Request-Id of the request (or request_id from the error body);
  • the endpoint and the parameters, without your token;
  • the prefix of your token as the portal shows it, if it is about one token.

Never send a full token, not even to us. If it leaked, revoke it and make a new one.

Look first

  • Not working for anyone? Check the status.
  • A 4xx? The text in error.message usually says what is wrong; see Errors.
  • A 429? See Rate limits.
